We offer all kinds of interior and furnishing work. You will find a wide range of services, including complete interior solutions in Dubai, such as delivery of various furnishing items, such as bedrooms, sofas, curtains, carpets, wooden flooring, aluminum work, swimming pools, office furniture, and office interiors.

Additionally, each project's scope, costs, and schedule will be specified in a separate proposal or agreement that is signed by both parties.

• Ensure that you’re using it for a legal purpose and in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

• Avoid sending or uploading malicious programs or viruses.

We have all right to suspend or cancel access if we see any suspicious activity or misuse.

Until complete payment is made and ownership is expressly transferred in writing, all design concepts, blueprints, drawings, renderings, and visuals that we supply are still our intellectual property.

• You will receive a detailed quotation from us after confirmation.
• The project agreement specifies the timeline for when payments are due.
• Payment delays could lead to extra fees or the suspension of the project.
• After design work has started, refunds are not given unless mandated by UAE consumer protection regulations.

As a client, you must provide us withcomplete and accurate information about your project. Besides projectinformation, we require basic information too.

If you need any modifications to thecomplete design, it will lead to extra costs and longer turnaround times.

Our team is responsible for driving perfection in each project. However, Jazeera Furnish is not responsible for:

• Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages brought on by using our services or designs.
• Delays or losses brought on by outside suppliers, contractors, or unanticipated events.
• Our entire obligation cannot be greater than the sum paid for the particular project that gave rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for specificoutcomes or same color/material matches due to variations in production,lighting, and other factors.

The manufacturer's terms apply to any warranties on furnishings or materials.

We are committed to main the privacy of all client information, project details, and personal data. Also, all data is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates andthe Emirate of Dubai apply to these terms.

The only courts with the authority todecide any issues are those in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
