These Terms of Service govern your use of Jazeera Furnish’s interior design, custom furniture, and related solutions offered within the UAE. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully before proceeding. Your continued use signifies full acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Jazeera Furnish offers interior design, space planning, custom-made furniture manufacturing, and complete fit-out solutions. The availability of the service depends on the size of the project, material availability, and site condition. Anything in addition to the above scope will be considered variations to the original agreed-upon scope. All services will be performed in compliance with UAE market standards.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client shall, at all times, ensure that precise details of the project are made available, reasonable access to the site is provided, and any necessary approvals are obtained in good time. Any delays caused by lack of information or access can lead to an impact on the total project timeline. Specifically, clients should ensure that utilities, permits, and site readiness issues are resolved. In this regard, Jazeera Furnish will not be held liable for client-side delays.

4. Project Consultation & Design Process

Our design process involves an in-depth consultation, followed by concept development, 3D visuals, and material selections. Revisions are provided based on the selected package and agreement terms. Additional design changes beyond the included count will incur extra charges. Final designs must be approved before fabrication or execution commences.

5. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Jazeera Furnish shall be valid for a limited period as stated in the document. Prices shall be determined based on selected materials, design complexity, and the availability of those materials in the market. A change in any material, dimension, or specification shall affect the final cost. Price is subject to change due to supplier fluctuations.

6. Payments & Billing

The payments must be made in line with the schedule outlined in the official quotation or contract. It normally includes an advance, milestones, and final settlement upon completion. Delays in payment could freeze the work in progress. All the invoices need to be cleared within the stipulated period, with late fees applicable accordingly, based on UAE commercial regulations.

7. Order Confirmation

A project is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed approval of the designs or BOQ. Once confirmation is received, production and procurement commence immediately. Any changes after confirmation may impact delivery timelines and pricing. Jazeera Furnish reserves the right to refuse projects that do not match our operational standards.

8. Materials & Product Availability

Material selection is done, depending on the customer’s selection and availability. If any selected material becomes unavailable, Jazeera Furnish should suggest appropriate alternatives. The substitution material quality should be as close to the existing quality. In such an unavoidable case, clients would be informed in advance in writing.

9. Production & Custom Furniture Manufacturing

Custom furniture pieces are fabricated based on approved designs, measurements, and material specifications. Natural material characteristics and handcrafted works may be unique to each item created. Production times vary depending on workload and sourcing of materials. Once the manufacturing process has started, no major modifications can be made.

10. Delivery & Installation

Deliveries and installations are scheduled according to the readiness of a project and upon confirmation of timelines. Clients are required to ensure site accessibility and safety conditions for our installation team. Any extra site preparation by the client will be informed in advance. Jazeera Furnish shall not be responsible for any delay in execution due to site-related barriers or third-party contractors.

11. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on standard working conditions. Factors beyond human control, such as weather, supplier delays, or site complications, may affect the estimated dates of delivery. Clients will be informed about any significant adjustments in the timeline. Jazeera Furnish hereby undertakes to complete all the work within a reasonable and mutually agreed timeframe.

12. Revisions & Change Requests

Any changes requested post-design approval or after production has commenced may be chargeable. Changes should be in writing and approved prior to being executed. Major changes could affect the project timeline and materials used. Jazeera Furnish is at liberty to deny changes if these affect the integrity of the original design.

13. Quality Assurance

All products and design provided by Jazeera Furnish are subject to strict quality checks. Materials, workmanship, and installations are assured to meet our internal standards and industry benchmarks. Should any defects be detected at the time of handover, necessary corrective action will be taken. Quality assurance does not cover damages caused by improper client usage.

14. Warranty & After-Sales Support

We provide a limited warranty for the custom furniture and installations, covering only manufacturing defects. The duration of warranty varies in different product categories and will be included in the invoice or contract. Damages caused due to misuse, water exposure, mishandling, or interference by any third party are not covered. After-sales support is available upon request.

15. Client-Supplied Items

Jazeera Furnish shall not be liable in case of defects or delays attributable to the supplies of materials, furnishings, or equipment provided by the clients. Client-supplied product installation is subject to review for compatibility and feasibility. Rework provided due to inappropriate items may entail additional charges. Procurement and quality are the full responsibility of the client.

16. Independent Contractors

We are not responsible for the quality, delays, or damages if, during the execution, clients will hire other contractors. Coordination with third parties might affect the timeline. Any conflict or inconsistency with the contractors has to be resolved by the client. We will be in control only of the tasks that will be directly assigned to us.

17. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and layouts prepared by Jazeera Furnish remain its intellectual property, unless otherwise stated. These shall not be replicated, distributed, or carried out by third parties in any manner whatsoever without explicit permission in writing. Any infringement thereof will be subject to litigation as per the UAE laws on copyright.

18. Confidentiality

Information on clients’ projects, drawings, and personal data is kept confidential. No client data is shared with third parties unless such disclosure is necessary to fulfill the project or is required legally. All employees and sub-contractors maintain secrecy.

19. Limitation of Liability

Jazeera Furnish shall not be responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by external factors, or damages resulting from delivered products’ misuse. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of services contracted. All details must be reviewed by clients before approval of the job to avoid disputes.

20. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are to be in writing and may be subject to cancellation charges, depending on the stage of the project. Refunds will be given less material costs and labor charges if production has started. Jazeera Furnish may cancel projects in case of non-adherence to terms or when circumstances do not allow the proper execution of projects.

21. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of services or agreements shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, arbitration in accordance with UAE legal standards. Both parties agree to cooperate in achieving a just and effective resolution.
